Founded in 1997, Thompson Real Estate Group, Inc. (TREG) joint
ventures with equity partners in the acquisition and repositioning of commercial
real estate properties including under-performing and distressed assets. TREG
also joint ventures with established real estate professionals and companies to
provide asset and property management. In addition, TREG serves as a consultant
to receivers, lenders, and note purchasers.
This team is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional services in the full
spectrum of property types ranging from multifamily, office, retail, hotel/motel
properties, businesses, homeowner associations, and medium and large sized
government buildings. The members of this team have a broad based background
in property operations, property acquisition and disposition, rehabilitation, as
well as construction management and supervision.
Members have served as court appointed receivers in a number of states. With
over 30 years of experience in lender Real Estate Owned (REO) workouts and
receiver services, these two companies bring unique and timely services to their
clients. Working with their established on-site personnel and proven operating
procedures, they give clients the ability to keep a property viable, in
operation, and performing at maximum value.

provide the detailed reports and rapid communication demanded by asset managers.
